Your Role:

As the person responsible for the Nordic region, you will work strategically to build our customer base. You will combine strategic sales insight with practical technical understanding to sustainably increase our market presence in Scandinavia.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Sales: You are responsible for nurturing and developing existing customer relationships, as well as actively acquiring and processing new customers.
  • Customer Service: You provide competent advice to our customers, both via phone and through personal visits on-site.
  • Administration: You manage the entire process in our system – from quotation to invoicing.
  • Project Management: You lead larger tenders and projects, from initial needs analysis and testing to final delivery and approval.

Who Are You?

We are looking for a confident person with high self-drive. You are a communicative individual who thrives in a dynamic environment where you have the freedom to structure your own work.

  • Experience: You have a background in sales, customer service, or similar fields.
  • Technical Interest & Hands-on Approach: You have a practical mindset and are not afraid to "get your hands dirty" when technical adjustments are needed at the customer's site.
  • Relationship Builder: You are driven by active customer contact and have a solution-oriented attitude.
  • IT Skills: You are comfortable with Microsoft Office 365 and learn new business systems easily.
  • Languages: You communicate fluently in Swedish and have good knowledge of English.
  • Flexibility: The role involves travel within Northern Europe. A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.
