Operations/Maintenance Technician at Pågen in Gothenburg (Night Shift)

About the jobThe production in the bakery in Gothenburg has a highly automated process and a variety of different machines and equipment such as weighing/dosing systems, mixers, ovens, robots, and packaging machines. As an operations/maintenance technician, you will work within the entire technical area, so the role is broad. Your tasks range from troubleshooting electrical systems and machines, repair and preventive maintenance, to improvement work and technical projects. Together with your colleagues, you support daily operations and ensure that our fresh bakery products are baked and delivered.

Who are you?We see that you have basic electrical training and experience from an industrial environment. You are accustomed to reading wiring diagrams, as well as installing and connecting electrical components. You also have a good understanding of how mechanical systems and machines are constructed and basic knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics. This includes an understanding of drawings (dimensions, tolerances, and simple machine drawings), troubleshooting mechanical faults (vibrations, noise, wear, play, leaks), and practical execution of tasks such as bearing and belt changes.

As a person, you are meticulous, solution-oriented, and safety-conscious. Good communication and teamwork are important, while you are also confident working independently.
