About the Role
As a Sales Representative, you are responsible for driving new business within our B2C segment while building and nurturing strong relationships with existing customers. You own the entire sales cycle – from prospecting to closing – and actively work to meet and exceed your individual sales targets.
You play a central role in contributing to the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, working on cross-selling and upselling, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Generate new business within the B2C segment
- Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, meeting scheduling, needs analysis, and closing
- Build and develop long-term customer relationships
- Work on cross-selling and upselling to maximize revenue
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional and advisory dialogue
- Document and follow up on sales activities in the CRM system
- Collaborate closely with colleagues in Sales and other internal functions
Your Background
You are a driven and results-oriented person who thrives in a fast-paced sales role. You have a strong customer focus, are communicative, and have the ability to build trust. You are structured in your approach to work and accustomed to working towards clear goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or sales, preferably within the financial sector
