Then this might be the right job for you. We are currently looking for more colleagues to join our customer service team in the energy sector. Here, you will help private customers via phone and email with everything from contracts and electricity consumption to questions about the power grid – ensuring your customers' daily lives run smoothly.

Short about the position

  • Workplace: Office in central Gävle

  • Hours: 80%

  • Fixed monthly salary (at 80%): 19,567 SEK (over 24 years) / 16,878 SEK (under 24 years)

  • Bonus: Up to 5,000 SEK/month after onboarding, linked to performance and customer satisfaction

  • Working hours: Varying schedule between Monday-Friday 08:00–17:00

  • Employment type: Permanent with a 6-month probation period

  • Start date: June 1st

What does the job entail?

As part of our team, you will help customers with everything from contracts and payments to questions about electricity consumption and the power grid. You will receive paid onboarding and support from the team throughout your journey.

In practice, this means that you:

  • Help customers via incoming calls and emails

  • Answer questions about contracts, electricity consumption, and terms

  • Handle various customer cases in a fair and solution-oriented manner

  • Contribute to a positive customer experience every day
