Hakee is a modern fast-casual concept with roots in Asian cuisine, focusing on well-prepared food, a beautiful environment, and personal service. The concept was created by the team behind Rosegarden but operates as a completely independent brand with a clear expression and high ambitions.

We are now looking for an engaged kitchen assistant with a focus on sushi who wants to become part of our team. The position primarily involves weekday work, but weekend work may occur.

Previous sushi experience is meritorious but not required.

We work with clear recipes, structures, and on-site training. For us, attitude, sense of responsibility, and willingness to learn are the most important factors. However, if you have experience from a kitchen or with sushi, it is a plus.

About the role

As a kitchen assistant at Hakee, you will:

• Prepare sushi ingredients and make sushi to order according to recipes and routines
• Clean and wash dishes in the kitchen and service areas as needed
• Collaborate closely with colleagues for a smooth workflow
• Receive guest feedback and contribute to developing the business
