About the role

We are currently looking for motivated junior salespeople for our client in the automotive sector, starting as soon as possible.

The position begins as a trainee, where you will receive a thorough introduction to both sales and the car industry. Through internal training, practical learning, and daily coaching from experienced leaders, you will gain the tools you need to succeed and develop in the role.

As a car salesperson, you will engage in proactive telephone sales and play a central role in driving business forward. You will contact both new and existing customers, identify their needs, and present tailored solutions with a focus on quality and long-term customer relationships.

You will be involved in the entire sales process and have the opportunity to work with one of the market's leading car brands.

The position is located at one of the client's facilities in northern Stockholm. Working hours are daytime Monday–Friday, as well as every other weekend.

Your profile

We are looking for someone at the beginning of their career who has the will, energy, and drive to succeed in sales.

To thrive and succeed in this role, we see that you:

• Are communicative, engaged, and enjoy meeting people
• Are goal-oriented, self-motivated, and have strong inner drive
• Have an interest in cars (advantageous but not a requirement)
• Are proficient with computers and phones, and quickly adapt to new systems

You speak and write fluent Swedish and hold a valid driver's license (Category B).

Application and start date

This is a full-time position, starting as soon as possible. Working hours are daytime Monday–Friday, with shifts varying between 7:00–16:00 and 9:00–18:00. You will receive a secure employment with Starfinder and a consultant manager who will be by your side throughout your journey, supporting you toward a successful career.
