About the role
As a Technical Coordinator, you will become a key link between the customer, the workshop, and internal functions. You work closely with the operations and ensure that technical systems function over time – both through ongoing support and improvement work.

The role of Technical Coordinator is varied and combines technical understanding with coordination and customer dialogue. You identify needs and issues from the customer's operational environment and drive these internally – often taking responsibility for entire cases from analysis to solution.

Among other things, you will:

• Work with technical support and investigations related to complex systems
• Act as case manager and drive assignments from analysis, quotation to solution and delivery
• Participate in contract dialogues and customer relations
• Contribute to the development and improvement of systems and working methods
• Collaborate closely with several internal and external functions

The role of Technical Coordinator is largely office-based but also involves presence at the customer's site, for example in workshop environments. No two weeks are alike.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in engineering, e.g., university or civil engineering degree
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

• Experience from aftermarket, service, or technical support
• Background in defense, FM (Swedish Armed Forces Logistics), or FMV (Swedish Defence Materiel Administration)
• Experience working in complex technical system environments
• Business understanding or experience with quotations/cost estimates

Our client operates within the defense industry and develops advanced technical systems for marine environments. The operations are characterized by long-term projects, high technical complexity, and a strong focus on quality and safety.

You will become part of a smaller customer support team working closely with both the customer and internal functions to ensure the systems work in practice, every day.
