About the Role

As a Production Manager at Novacore, you have overall responsibility for production. Your task is to ensure that deliveries are made on time, with the right quality, and with efficient resource utilization. The role includes personnel responsibility, where you lead, distribute, and follow up on the work of your employees. A large part of your time is dedicated to leading and supporting the team in daily operations, ensuring the right priorities based on our deliveries, and creating conditions for employees to succeed in their assignments.

You work close to the operations, are present in the production area, and play a central role in creating structure, clarity, and momentum. In parallel, you drive the work of creating structures, routines, and working methods for a changing business.

The role is primarily leadership and coordination-oriented. Currently, you have five people in production reporting to you, but this number may increase over the next year. You ensure a safe working environment within production and are responsible for fire safety and inspections through systematic work environment management.

You work closely with production planners who are responsible for long-term planning. Together, you set ambitious production goals and communicate them to the staff.

You are part of the management team and report to the CEO. You are expected to actively contribute to developing working methods, planning processes, and production structure in line with the company's growth. The management team collaborates closely, and you are expected to initiate and implement investments and changes, as well as communicate problems or risks.

Preferred Qualifications:

We would like you to have experience from a leadership role in a manufacturing company and experience in daily management. Experience working with the ERP system Monitor is a plus.
