About the Job

Are you looking for a role where you can develop and simultaneously have great opportunities to influence your income?

We are now looking for engaged sales representatives for our office in Solna, located in an attractive area close to both the commuter train and Mall of Scandinavia.

In the role of a sales representative, you contact private individuals via phone and work with selling electricity contracts. You represent the most chosen electricity provider in the Nordics, which gives you excellent conditions for success from the start.

What we offer:

  • Base salary + generous commission A fixed base salary based on your experience, as well as a commission model with the possibility of very good income levels.
  • 35-hour work week Monday–Thursday: 09:00–17:15, Friday: 09:00–16:00.
  • 25 vacation days per year
  • Development and community Continuous training, coaching, and ongoing follow-up to support your development. We also arrange social events, sales competitions, and team activities.
  • Wellness hour 1 hour of wellness per week.

Scope: Full-time

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is communicative and service-oriented with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
  • Has a strong drive and is motivated by achieving set goals.
  • Speaks and writes fluent Swedish.
  • Has experience in sales (meritorious but not a requirement).

Employment and start date: We apply a 6-month probation period that converts to a permanent position. Start dates are ongoing as agreed.
