As a System Architect, you play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining business-critical systems in both Linux and Windows environments. You work with security-classified and isolated environments where requirements for redundancy, high availability, and security are absolute.
You are expected not only to deliver technical solutions but also to be a proactive force that identifies areas for improvement, prioritizes needs, and leads technical projects from vision to stable operations.
Your main responsibilities
Design & Architecture: Responsible for architecture with a focus on segmentation, redundancy, and integration between environments with high security requirements.
Security: Implement IAM, Zero Trust strategies, and PKI, and ensure compliance with standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and PMFS.
Operations & Maintenance: Ensure optimal performance in servers and networks through patching, backup management, and proactive monitoring.
Consulting & Support: Be a reliable point of contact for the customer. You convey calm in uncertain situations and can communicate technical decisions to both technicians and business leaders.
Documentation & Process: Create and follow routines. If a routine is missing, you take the initiative to create it to strengthen the team and the customer.
Your profile
We are looking for you who have a broad technical foundation and deep expertise in security architecture. You are a person who takes initiative, prioritizes effectively, and never hesitates to ask one more time to ensure quality.
We want you to have deep competence in:
Design and implementation of security-classified/isolated environments.
IT architecture (redundancy, high availability, segmentation).
Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Zero Trust.
Automation of architectural processes and infrastructure.
Relevant regulations and requirement setting (e.g., PMFS, KSF, ISO 27001).
You also have good knowledge of:
Linux and Windows Server.
Networking, virtualization, and Docker.
Log management (Splunk/ELK) and monitoring.
Tools such as Citrix PVS, HP Device Manager, WithSecure, and Safend.
Personal qualities
To succeed in the role, your personal attitude is crucial. You are a team player who actively supports your colleagues in digital channels and shares your knowledge. You have the ability to start complex troubleshooting independently but understand the value of the team's combined competence. You are unpretentious, curious about new hardware and hardening, and always put stability and security first. You speak and write Swedish fluently.
