Do you want to work in a business-oriented role where you can combine analysis, planning, and coordination in a dynamic environment? We are now looking for a Supply Chain Planner for an international company in the energy sector, based in Stockholm.

About the role

As a consultant, you will become part of the company's Supply Chain function and the Planning & Optimizing team. The team's mission is to optimize the flow of goods from refineries and depots, focusing on both profitability and sustainability.

You will work in a central function with many contact points, both internally and externally, and will be responsible for planning and coordinating flows in a changing environment where quick decisions and prioritization are a natural part of daily life. The role involves working in digital planning systems where you will ensure efficient deliveries and optimized inventory levels on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate ship deliveries to and from depots
  • Create, update, and optimize plans for internal deliveries and purchases
  • Control and optimize inventory levels and depot availability
  • Ensure product blends based on quality specifications and sustainability goals
  • Plan and coordinate purchases and sales between partners

We are looking for someone who

  • Has an academic degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Economics, or similar
  • Has good knowledge of MS Office
  • Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Thrives working with multiple parallel information flows
  • Has 3 years of experience in Supply Chain work, including flow planning
  • Has 3 years of experience working in an ERP system

It is an advantage if you have

  • Experience working in international teams
