At Mitt in, located in Norrköping's restaurant district, we make fresh pasta daily, hand-bake focaccia, and prepare dishes from the Mediterranean. We are now looking for a cook who doesn't want to work full-time — but who wants to work for real.

This role is for you if...

• you have cooked in restaurants before and can handle your own station independently, but are not looking for a 100 % position.

• you prefer evenings and weekends — perhaps because life outside of work requires your days, or because you already have something else going on (a personal project, young children, studies, or a calmer period in your career).

• you enjoy interacting with guests almost as much as you enjoy working with ingredients. Our kitchen is open; we talk to people over the counter and sometimes serve the dishes ourselves. You don't need to be an entertainer — but you should enjoy meeting our guests.

What you will do

Cook at a pace that varies from a quiet Tuesday evening with a few tables to a packed Saturday. You will work closely with our permanent chefs and take full responsibility during your shifts. Our menu changes with the seasons and ingredients, allowing you to use your craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Scope

Approximately 50 %, primarily Tuesday–Saturday evenings. We build the schedule together based on what works for you and the restaurant.

Who we think you are

We have no formal educational requirements. What interests us is that you have cooked extensively in restaurants, feel confident in your professional role, and can step in and contribute. Experience with Italian or Mediterranean cuisine is a plus, but not a must.
