💼 Responsibilities

In the role of Traffic Controller, you work with both traffic management and booking handling for domestic transport. You are a central part of the team in Umeå and are responsible for ensuring that goods are transported efficiently and on time. The work involves handling bookings, optimizing routes, and ensuring that all shipments are carried out according to plan. You will be in daily contact with transport companies, drivers, customers, and internal teams to coordinate transports and resolve any issues that arise during the day.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Handle bookings, optimize routes, and ensure all shipments are carried out according to plan.
• Responsible for both traffic management and booking handling for domestic transport.
• Daily contact with transport companies, drivers, customers, and internal teams via phone, email, and chat.

🔍 Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Completed upper secondary education.
• Good computer skills.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience/education within logistics is a plus.
