The Role – Your Start in B2B Sales
We are currently looking for someone who wants to become an Account Manager. With us, you will have the right conditions to get there within 6 months, provided you have the drive and effort. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you are the engine of our growth. You open doors, create new business opportunities, and lay the foundation for our deals.
This role is for you if you have 1–2 years of experience, are hungry for more, and want to develop quickly within sales.
You will work closely with leadership and the sales team, learn quickly, and have a clear path to the next step (Account Manager).
What You Will Do
- 🚀 Prospecting & Outreach
- Find and contact new potential customers (HR, Talent, L&D)
- Book meetings via LinkedIn, email, and phone
- Spark interest and start dialogues
- 📈 Build Pipeline
- Create and develop a strong pipeline of business opportunities
- Qualify leads and follow up systematically in CRM
- Work target-oriented towards clear KPIs
- 🤝 Collaboration & Development
- Work closely with senior leaders to drive business forward
- Learn the entire sales cycle – from first contact to closed deal
- Contribute ideas regarding outreach, messaging, and growth
Who We Think You Are
- Have approximately 1–2 years of experience in sales or customer contact
- Are hungry, curious, and want to develop quickly within B2B sales
- Enjoy contacting new people and building relationships
- Thrive in an environment with pace, goals, and clear progression
- Are structured and take responsibility for your results
- Have an interest in people, communication, and international environments
- Speak and write Swedish and English fluently
