About the role

Adavo is seeking a driven recruiter who wants to help develop the recruitment function from the ground up. In this role, you will have significant responsibility for the entire recruitment process – from identifying and attracting IT consultants to building long-term relationships with both candidates and clients. You will work closely with the company's founders and have great freedom to develop working methods and processes.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-changing environment and has an entrepreneurial mindset. You have experience in recruitment, preferably within IT, and are accustomed to networking and headhunting the right profiles. Key responsibilities

In the role of recruiter, you will among other things:

• Identify and headhunt IT specialists and consultants via LinkedIn, networks, and other creative channels.
• Take responsibility for the entire recruitment process – from requirement profiles and advertising to selection, interviews, and follow-up.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, for example through phone contact and personal meetings.
• Collaborate closely with the founder and other colleagues to ensure the right match for clients' needs.
• Contribute to further developing structures and processes for recruitment work in a company that is growing rapidly and dynamically.

We are looking for you who

• Have experience in recruitment, preferably proactive recruitment/headhunting.
• Have an interest in IT, and it is an advantage if you have a basic understanding of the IT consulting market.
• Enjoy phone and network-based contact to build long-term relationships.
• Are hungry, driven, and results-oriented – you like setting goals and working to achieve them.
• Fluently speak Swedish and have good knowledge of English.
• Have an entrepreneurial mindset, are fearless, and thrive in a changing environment where you are given a lot of responsibility.

You have a "can-do" attitude and enjoy working close to the business operations and influencing things big and small. We apply rolling selection and will remove the advertisement when enough candidates have reached the final stage of the recruitment process. The recruitment process includes two selection tests: a personality test and a cognitive ability test. The tests are a tool to help find the candidate with the highest potential for the role, as well as to promote equality, diversity, and a fair recruitment process.
