About the role
As a salesperson at Mincon Sweden AB, you work with selling drilling equipment to the foundation market throughout Sweden. The role involves significant personal responsibility where you drive business from first contact to closing and follow-up.
You will work with existing customers and actively identify new business opportunities. The focus is on larger customers within foundation work, such as contracting companies and players in well drilling.
Your responsibilities
- Process and develop relationships with customers in foundation and drilling
- Work with tenders, quotations, and project-based sales
- Provide technical advice and guidance regarding products and solutions
- Follow up on quotations and ensure long-term customer relationships
- Actively seek out new customers through visits, phone, and networking
- Collaborate with the factory and suppliers (internationally, primarily in English)
- Participate in planning and follow-up of business together with the team
You work from home and travel regularly for work. Overnight stays occur, but the extent varies depending on where you live – many customers are located in Stockholm and Gothenburg, for example.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
About you
We are looking for you who are business-driven, self-motivated, and thrive in a role with great freedom under responsibility. You are relationship-building and have a genuine interest in technology and the customer's needs.
To succeed in the role, we see that you:
- Have experience from the industry, for example, foundation work, drilling, or a related area
- Have an interest in sales and business
- Have the ability to understand technical solutions and discuss them with the customer
- Are used to working independently and structuring your own work
- Have good communication skills in Swedish and English
- Have a B driver's license
You do not need to have worked as a salesperson in the industry before, but it is important that you have an understanding of the products or experience from the area that allows you to quickly get into the role.
It is an advantage if you:
- Have experience with tenders and quotation work
- Have worked with or in larger contracting companies
- Have an established network or knowledge of the market in Sweden.
