Position: Laser Therapist with Experience in Hair Removal (Alexandrite Laser)

Responsibilities

• Create a trusting and service-oriented interaction with the customer, focusing on their well-being and satisfaction.
• Provide each customer with a customized and safe treatment tailored to their unique needs.
• Inform and educate customers about aftercare and product recommendations for optimal results.
• Perform professional laser hair removal treatments.
• Administrative tasks such as handling bookings, phone calls, social media, and newsletters.
• Responsible for ordering and restocking products.

Qualifications

• Authorized skin or laser therapist with relevant education.
• Experience with hair removal using an Alexandrite laser is required.
• Strong ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Experience handling different skin types and offering solutions for individual needs.
• Flexibility, sensitivity, and a professional demeanor.
• Excellent command of Swedish, both spoken and written.
