We are primarily looking for you who are a certified massage therapist and want to develop within our concept.

For those of you who do not yet have education but dream of becoming a massage therapist, we can offer education to become a certified massage therapist.

The 75% positions include daytime, evening time, and every other or every third weekend in a rotating schedule. We are also looking for you who, for example, are studying and want extra work every other weekend or one evening a week.

Employment Terms/Salary Conditions

We have serious agreements with 6-6.5 hour working days (our positions are 126 hours/month) fixed monthly salary plus a bonus part that gives you increased motivation and extra additions. We naturally have holiday pay, shift allowance (OB), sick pay, and follow the Swedish Employment Protection Act (LAS). The starting salary is set based on age, experience, and education.

Experience

No experience as a massage therapist is required, but experience within service or sports is a plus. The most important thing is personality and suitability for the position and other work experience.

Duration

The position is estimated to start after agreement. Permanent employment with a 6-month probation period.

The Flex Concept

We work with a concept that you get training in, which makes it easier for you as a massage therapist to work sustainably and gently with in-depth massage. We also provide paid education through FLEX-ACADEMY so that you feel secure in the concept before you start your employment. The education gives you in-depth knowledge in massage with new techniques, connective tissue massage, pregnancy massage, as well as our technical systems such as booking system, intranet, and cash handling. All reception centers are open every day of the week. We also visit about 30 corporate clients on-site at their premises. We are expanding and will expand our business with more corporate clients and reception centers in the future, so do not hesitate to send your application to Gothenburg's largest but personal massage chain.
