As a Salon Manager, you have overall responsibility for the salon, the staff, and operations, combined with working as a stylist and being a role model for your colleagues. Who are you?

• Trained hairdresser (vocational or private education)
• Customer-focused with a service-oriented mindset
• Great passion for the hairdressing profession
• Motivated by developing others
• A knack for salon management
• Leadership experience is an advantage
