Employment terms/conditions

We have serious contracts with a 6–6.5-hour workday, a fixed monthly salary, and a bonus component that gives you increased motivation as well as extra allowances. We naturally offer holiday pay, shift allowances (OB), sick leave pay, and follow the collective agreement (LAS).

Are you not a trained massage therapist?

No problem – we train you! The training is worth 20,000 SEK and is included when you start with us. The condition is that you work with us for at least 6 months, so that we can jointly manage the investment.

The Flex Concept

We work with a concept that you will be trained in, which makes it easier for you as a massage therapist to work sustainably and gently with Deep Tissue Massage, Connective Tissue Massage, and Prenatal Massage.
