Employment terms/conditions

We have serious agreements with a 6–6.5 hour workday, a fixed monthly salary, and a bonus part that gives you increased motivation as well as extra additions. We naturally offer holiday pay, shift allowance (OB), sick leave pay, and follow the Swedish Employment Protection Act (LAS).

Are you not a trained masseuse?

No problem – we will train you! The training is worth 20,000 SEK and is included when you start with us. The condition is that you work with us for at least 6 months, so that we can jointly manage the investment.

The Flex Concept

We work with a concept that you receive training in, which makes it easier for you as a masseuse to work sustainably and gently with Deep Tissue Massage, Connective Tissue Massage, and Pregnancy Massage.
