We are looking for young people who are ready to give their all to make our residential areas even better and more pleasant. Together with our team of friendly and skilled colleagues, you will be the face of Sveafastigheter.

For the summer of 2026, we are looking for:

Property Caretaker from age 16

You will help with maintaining the outdoor environment, such as painting and clearing flower beds. Additionally, you will ensure that everything is clean and tidy. We need you to be responsible, flexible, and enjoy working with others. A driver's license is not required, but it is a bonus if you have one!

Team Leader from age 18

As a team leader, you will have the chance to lead a small group of employees while also helping out with maintenance in the outdoor areas. We expect you to take initiative and responsibility to solve problems that arise during the day. This is perfect for you if you want to build your work experience and get great references for the future. A B-class driver's license is required for this role.
