BARTENDER Le Lounge is a newly opened cocktail bar at The Sparrow Hotel, where hotel guests and visitors meet to enjoy cocktails in a relaxed atmosphere. We are now looking for a bartender for casual, on-call positions who wants to become part of our team.

As a bartender at Le Lounge, you will work closely with both guests and colleagues, focusing on quality, service, and ensuring a smooth flow in the bar. We are looking for someone who is positive, engaged, and structured, and who feels confident in their professional role. You are curious, enjoy developing yourself, and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.

We want to provide our guests with a pleasant overall experience, so we are looking for you who have a genuine interest in beverages and can guide guests through both classic cocktails and your own recommendations. Food and beverage service may also be included in the role as needed.

The pace can sometimes be fast, so it is important that you thrive in such an environment and can work in a solution-oriented manner.

WHO ARE YOU? You are positive, structured, and service-oriented. You have at least two years of experience working as a bartender. We prefer that you have experience from high-standard operations. You have good knowledge of cocktails, both classics and signature drinks. You have relevant education in the field or equivalent experience. You speak Swedish and English fluently. Additional language skills are a plus.
