About the role You work with telephone sales, contacting private individuals and presenting an offer from Skellefteå Kraft. The focus is on building trust during the conversation and guiding the customer to a decision.

You work towards clear goals and receive daily follow-up and support from both colleagues and managers. The team consists of approximately 12 people, where structure, pace, and collaboration are a natural part of everyday life.

Working hours – Monday to Friday – Daytime (office hours) – Possibility of some remote work after the introductory period

We are looking for you who – Are goal-oriented and responsible – Communicate easily and build trust – Thrive in a role where results are tracked – Have endurance and drive your own work forward – Speak and write Swedish fluently

Experience in sales or customer contact is meritorious and seen as a clear advantage, but not a requirement.
