Our Customer Success team continues its push for growth and customer journey optimization, and we are now looking for a Growth & Onboarding Specialist. Here you will have the opportunity to play a crucial role in deepening our customer relationships and directly contributing to increased sales within our existing customer base.

In this team, we work proactively to ensure our customers have a seamless experience with us. We focus heavily on identifying untapped potential and ensuring that every customer gets the most out of our offering.

Your main responsibilities:

  • You present and tailor solutions relevant to the customer's specific business needs.
  • You identify new upselling opportunities and find creative ways to help the customer stay and grow with us.
  • You provide our new customers with a secure and smooth start so they quickly understand the value of our offering.
  • You work closely with the rest of the Customer Success team and utilize AI tools in your daily work to streamline processes and maximize customer benefit.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who thrives in customer interactions and sees sales as a natural part of helping our customers succeed.

  • You achieve and exceed set goals and KPIs in your current role.
  • You have good experience in support and sales.
  • You have an interest in economics, bookkeeping, and invoicing. Experience is a plus.
  • You are a skilled communicator who creates security and looks at the big picture to provide the best possible recommendation.
  • You are curious, solution-oriented, and believe that the team is more important than the individual.
  • You are a diligent user of AI tools in your daily work to minimize and streamline manual processes.

Our recruitment process

Our standard process consists of two to three interview rounds and tests. We select the tests based on the role, which may include logic and personality tests or a case assignment. Our goal is to get a clear picture of each other to see if we are a good match, while ensuring the process is pleasant and appropriately paced for you.
