We are looking for fantastic individuals whose passion and business drive contribute to our success. Currently, we are hiring a Business Manager for our store in Borås. We are looking for someone driven by developing relationships to create new business opportunities, always putting the customer first. You are the heart of the organization, working in daily operations, and driven to develop yourself and your colleagues as a team to achieve success, supported by the Regional Manager, Sales Manager, and various central support functions.

As the Business Manager, you have primary responsibility for developing the local business and optimizing the overall operation. You have overall responsibility for the store and report to the Regional Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Budget and P&L responsibility for the store
  • Personnel responsibility for store employees
  • Maintain existing and create new customer relationships
  • Develop and execute local marketing activities
  • Responsibility for quality, environment, and working conditions in the store
  • Create action plans based on set central and local goals and execute related activities
  • Efficently manage product flow to regional workshops
  • Responsibility for kiosk operations, fuel station, and other sales

A clear result-oriented and inspiring leadership style is essential for success in the Business Manager role. We prefer candidates with previous experience in B2B sales and consumer sales, preferably within the automotive industry. A good understanding of store operations, as well as knowledge of financial monitoring and budgeting, is considered essential.

As a person, you are proactive, action-oriented, and have a keen eye for detail and order. You understand the value of developing employees and know how to create profitable businesses. Knowledge or interest in cars is a plus. Local knowledge of the market and living in the vicinity are preferred.

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid Category B driver's license
  • Communicative, receptive, and business-minded
  • Good computer skills
  • Proficiency in the Office package
  • Previous experience in a leadership role is meritorious

  • Scope: Full-time, 100%
  • Employment Type: Permanent position with a 6-month probation period
  • Start Date: According to agreement
  • Location: Borås
