Securus is now hiring Security Guards in Norrtälje and the surrounding area, and we are looking for you to help create safety where it is needed most, especially during the intense summer period.

About the role

As a security guard at Securus, you work both independently and as part of a team to contribute to a safe and controlled environment. In many assignments, you are the sole representative from Securus on site, but you are always part of a larger and engaged team.

The demand in the Norrtälje area increases significantly during the summer, which means we can offer many shifts during this period. The role is a casual employment position, where working hours and scope vary over time – but with good opportunities for a lot of work, especially during the high season.

You start directly from home and travel to the assignment location before your shift begins. Shifts are typically 12 hours, but may vary depending on the assignment.

We are looking for someone who:

• has completed security guard training and feels confident in the role

• is engaged, loyal, and self-assured

• is in good physical shape – some assignments may involve heavy lifting or physical strain

• fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written – documentation and communication are an important part of the job

• thrives in an organization where camaraderie and teamwork are a natural part of the culture

• holds a driver's license (advantageous, but not a requirement)
