All teaching takes place on-site and includes both classroom instruction and individual supervision. Your Responsibilities You will be responsible for:
- Planning, implementing, and developing teaching based on regulatory documents.
- Working with assessment, grading, and documentation.
- Supervising and supporting students based on their individual needs and study plans.
- Creating an inclusive and stimulating learning environment where students are encouraged to participate, be creative, and develop personally.
We are looking for someone who is:
- A licensed vocational teacher in healthcare and social care, or currently studying to become one.
- Dedicated to developing professional knowledge and identity within healthcare and social care.
- Flexible, creative, responsible, and structured.
- Experienced in collaborating and building good relationships with students, colleagues, and clients.
The following qualifications are meritorious:
- Experience with adult education, distance learning, validation, and teaching students whose native language is not Swedish.
- Previous leadership experience.
- Good digital competence.
- Scope: 50–100%, fixed-term employment for 12 months with the possibility of extension.
- Location: Umeå.
