All teaching takes place on-site and includes both classroom instruction and individual supervision. Your Responsibilities You will be responsible for:

• Planning, implementing, and developing teaching based on regulatory documents.
• Working with assessment, grading, and documentation.
• Supervising and supporting students based on their individual needs and study plans.
• Creating an inclusive and stimulating learning environment where students are encouraged to participate, be creative, and develop personally.

We are looking for someone who is:

• A licensed vocational teacher in healthcare and social care, or currently studying to become one.
• Dedicated to developing professional knowledge and identity within healthcare and social care.
• Flexible, creative, responsible, and structured.
• Experienced in collaborating and building good relationships with students, colleagues, and clients.

The following qualifications are meritorious:

• Experience with adult education, distance learning, validation, and teaching students whose native language is not Swedish.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Good digital competence.

• Scope: 50–100%, fixed-term employment for 12 months with the possibility of extension.
• Location: Umeå.
