As a Production Engineer at the consulting firm Together Tech in Linköping, you will play a central role in making technical solutions practical and manufacturable – from development to functioning production. You contribute to ensuring that development projects can be industrialized efficiently and with high quality.

Here you work in technically demanding and varied assignments, where you influence both processes and working methods in close collaboration with design and production.

In the role of Production Engineer at one of Together Tech's clients, you work closely with both design and production in our clients' development projects. You ensure that technical solutions work in practice from drawing to production. Assignments can be within, for example, medtech, defense, or other advanced manufacturing industries.

You will, among other things:

• Review design documentation and ensure that products are manufacturable
• Develop, update, and quality-assure assembly instructions and production documentation
• Support production and improve work processes and flows
• Monitor and quality-assure manufacturing processes
• Drive improvement work and contribute to the industrialization of new solutions

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• Experience working closely with both design and production
• At least 3 years of experience as a Production Engineer or Designer in the manufacturing industry
• Experience working with design documentation and ensuring manufacturability
• Experience working against requirements and quality standards
• Good system proficiency and experience with production systems
• Fluent communication in Swedish and English, and confidence in collaborating with different functions to ensure functioning solutions

It is an advantage if you also have:

• Experience from the aviation industry or another technically demanding manufacturing environment
• Experience with CAD tools
• Knowledge in electrical engineering
• Experience with business systems such as IFS

Some of our assignments are security classified, which means you need to undergo a security clearance before the assignment starts. Swedish citizenship is required for these assignments.
