Our client is looking for a driven Production Administrator for a facility in an exciting expansion phase. Here you will have the opportunity to help shape the future, establish frameworks and routines in a dynamic environment where your contribution truly makes a difference.
About the role
As a Production Administrator, you will become a central part of the operations and a key link between operations, logistics, and administration. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate weighing, clear documentation, smooth material flows, and correct data for monthly closing. The role involves working in an environment where routines are still being developed, offering you great opportunities to influence working methods and contribute to an efficient and professional daily flow. With your structure and service orientation, you create order and stability in a changing business.
The work takes place on-site at the client's location in Gothenburg and starts as a consultant through Academic Work, with good prospects for permanent employment with the client company in the future.
Responsibilities
The role involves being the connecting link in a dynamic environment, focusing on administrative handling, logistics flows, and system support to ensure efficient operations. We are looking for someone who is curious and wants to work closely with the Plant Manager & Production Manager, be part of the facility's development on-site together with the team, and not just in the numbers.
Tasks may include the following:
- Coordinate production, receivers, and carriers for ongoing planning of inbound and outbound deliveries
- Follow up on material quality and complaints to ensure correct invoicing
- Handle and report follow-ups and statistics
- Continuously handle tasks to ensure correct closing by checking that received weights are registered and orders are correctly priced
- Create pricing models
We are looking for someone who
- Has a completed post-secondary education in economics or logistics
- Has good communication skills, with fluent Swedish being a requirement
- Has a good ability to take initiative and solve problems
- Is structured and organized
- Has the ability to handle numbers & has good logical and analytical skills
- Has basic knowledge in administration
- Has good computer and system proficiency
It is an advantage if you have
- Knowledge of material declarations
- Experience with inspection schedules
- A technical interest in the recycling industry
