We are now looking for a Business Consultant who wants to take a key role in our support and delivery team. What you will contribute

In the role of Business Consultant, you are responsible for maximizing the value our customers get from our products and services. In practice, this usually involves helping customers get started with our solutions and training them in our e-government product suite. The products include support for managing public records, board administration, digital meetings, integration, and secure login/signature.

Your assignments cover business development, training, and business-close support. During implementation phases, you act as the project manager's right-hand person by assisting with support, including requirements control.

Since our customers are geographically spread across the country, you will sometimes travel to build close relationships with our customers, but most of the time you will meet customers remotely via Teams or other tools.

Your experience

With a good understanding of the laws and regulations governing the public sector, you are passionate about contributing to a more digital and efficient operation. Your social skills are combined with a strong interest in IT, and you thrive in the role of a bridge-builder between technology and business.

Creating new contacts and collaborating in teams comes naturally to you, and you communicate effortlessly both verbally and in writing. The curiosity to constantly develop is a clear part of your personality, and you have an analytical mind complemented by attention to detail and good structure in your work.

It is an advantage if you have worked with Ciceron Document & Case Management or a similar system, and/or have worked in roles that give you in-depth knowledge of board administration, such as secretary, registrar, case worker, or similar.
