We are looking for a physically strong and stress-resistant warehouse employee for one of our clients who is in a very exciting growth phase. The company operates within the defense industry and manufactures products with a high security classification, which means the work is characterized by precision, responsibility, and confidentiality.

As a warehouse employee, you will work in a small and tight-knit team, where everyone plays an important role in ensuring daily operations run smoothly. The work is varied and includes picking, packing, and handling items that can weigh up to approximately 35 kilos, requiring both good physical fitness and endurance.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment where things happen quickly, where the pace can be high, and where you are expected to take initiative and work independently. You are conscientious, responsible, and have a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Picking and packing of items
• Goods handling and material flow
• Inventories and maintaining order in the warehouse
• Collaboration with colleagues to ensure deliveries and quality

We are looking for you who:

• Have experience in warehouse work or logistics
• Are meticulous, reliable, and loyal
• Have good physical fitness and can lift heavier items
• Enjoy working in a small team
• Can handle periods of high workload
• Understand the importance of secrecy and security
• The position requires a valid B-driver's license and access to your own car

Working hours:

Daytime, Monday–Friday. 07:00-16:00.

To fit this role, you have prior experience from the warehouse and logistics industry. As a person, you are responsible, goal-oriented, and results-driven. Good communication skills are important for the position. To qualify, you must have work experience from similar roles.
