About the position

As a personal assistant, you work closely with the client and provide important support in daily life. The client enjoys finding various activities such as bingo, walks, doing puzzles, and taking short trips. You will become an important part of making these activities possible and contributing to a safe, meaningful, and fun daily life.

Responsibilities

In the role of personal assistant, you help the client with most things in daily life, such as:

• Personal hygiene
• Cooking
• Laundry and cleaning
• Shopping and errands
• Accompanying to activities and excursions

We are looking for someone who:

is engaged, respectful, and attentive. You have great patience and a good ability to be personal in your interaction with the client, while acting professionally in your role.

You are calm, secure, and stable as a person and enjoy working closely with other people. You like to be active and are happy to participate in various activities together with the client.

We would prefer that you:

• Have previous experience in personal assistance or care and support (meritorious but not a requirement)
• Can understand and communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing
• Can work flexible hours – day, evening, night with on-call duties, and weekends
• Are social, responsible, and self-assured

Employment type: Part-time and needs-based employment

Scope: Varies according to need

Start date: Immediately

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

In the event of employment, you must be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EEA or a valid work permit.
