The Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you combine strategic and coordinating responsibilities with client-facing work. You work both to ensure that the right interventions are in place and to provide practical and motivating support to people who need help creating a functional daily life.
As a Resource Coordinator
You are responsible for recruiting, investigating, and introducing service providers, as well as developing and coordinating the department's resource bank. You match resources with clients' needs, coordinate new assignments, and are responsible for documentation, implementation plans, follow-up, and ongoing contact with social secretaries, service providers, and clients. The assignment also includes some administration, quality assurance, and work with the department's routines and legal requirements.
As an Open Care Worker
You work with housing support for people with mental health issues, substance abuse problems, and/or neuropsychiatric disabilities. Together with the individual, you create structure in daily life, strengthen independence, and motivate participation. You provide support in practical and social situations, collaborate with other actors, and document interventions according to implementation plans and current legislation.
Your Profile
The requirements we have for you to be considered for the position are:
- A pedagogical education, education within psychiatry, or other relevant education.
- Very good knowledge of the Swedish language (both spoken and written) as well as good computer skills.
- A valid driver's license (Category B).
Qualifications that are meritorious for the position include:
- Good knowledge of various disabilities, such as autism and ADHD.
- Experience working with people in vulnerable and difficult situations.
- Experience working with people with substance abuse problems.
