About Kry's Health Center Sickla
Hello! My name is Michael Craftman and I am the Operations Manager here at the health center. I am driven by creating a workplace where we not only do our job but develop how the job is done, and where every employee gets to work at the top of their competence. We are a team of approximately 20 people: doctors, nurses, psychologists, and other key competencies working closely together. Here, it is just as natural to ask for help as it is to contribute ideas. We have around 13,500 listed patients and offer broad and modern primary care.

As a General Practitioner at Kry you have a key role in shaping a primary care system that actually works for our patients. You are responsible for investigating, assessing, and treating patients of various ages and with varying care needs. The work is broad and varied, from acute assessments to long-term follow-up, and you work both physically at the health center and digitally via our platform. At Kry, teamwork is crucial. You collaborate closely with nurses and other professions to create accessible, secure, and medically high-quality care. At the same time, you get more than a traditional medical role. You will influence working methods, contribute to development, and help shape how care is delivered, for real.

For you as a General Practitioner at Kry, there is an opportunity to apply for our ladder for Career Doctors. In this, you combine clinical responsibility with leadership and business development. The program consists of five levels where each step involves greater responsibility for patient lists, supervision, quality, and implementation of the Kry model. Career steps are rewarded with salary supplements.

The role as MRÅ (Medical Manager/Advisor)
For those interested in working with management assignments, quality, and operational development, there is an opportunity for assignments as MRÅ. As MRÅ, you are responsible for the development and evaluation of local routines, investigation and follow-up of deviations, risk/safety analyses, and creating and implementing action plans to achieve goals decided upon together with the Operations Manager, etc.

Practical Information
