About Us:

Älvsborg Rehab Center is a private rehabilitation clinic located centrally in Borås, part of the Vårdval rehab network. We collaborate closely with the primary care center Cityläkarna and Lotus - Mental Health for Youth, both located in the same building. Our clinic has been operating for 10 years, and as we grow, we are looking for new colleagues. Currently, we have 8 physiotherapists and 2 occupational therapists on staff. We are a wonderful team with excellent collaboration and a positive workplace atmosphere.

About the Role:

We work according to the requirements and quality standards set by Vårdval Rehab. You will work independently but also collaborate within a team when needed. The role involves patient visits both at the clinic and home visits. Your tasks include assessments and treatments for hand and elbow complaints, prescription of assistive devices, and supportive conversations based on daily life review. As an occupational therapist, you are part of a counseling team in collaboration with Cityläkarna primary care center, which also includes care coordinators for mental health issues and psychologists. We lead arthritis school, stress management school, COPD school, and relaxation sessions, where you have great opportunities to influence and develop our group treatments. Experience as a rehabilitation coordinator is meritorious but not a requirement.

About You:

We are looking for a licensed occupational therapist who wants to work in primary care and become an important part of our team. You are positive, enjoy working with people, and have good collaboration skills. Personal suitability is highly valued.

• Valid driver's license (Category B) is required.
• Employment level: 50–100% as agreed.
• Working hours: The clinic is open weekdays from 07:30 to 16:00.
