We are now looking for an experienced lessor who will lease out our vacant premises in Stockholm.

We are looking for you who are driven by business, but who also understands that it is the people behind that create the best results. In the role of lessor with us, you will work closely with both customers and colleagues in a dynamic daily life where you are responsible for the entire leasing process. You identify business opportunities, build relationships, and match the right business with the right premises, from first contact to signed contract.

With us, every deal is important, but just as important is how we do business. We believe in teamwork, drive, engagement, and a culture where we support each other to achieve common goals. Therefore, we are looking not just for a skilled lessor, but for a person who contributes energy, presence, and a genuine interest in both people and business.

To succeed in the role, we would like you to have a few years of experience in commercial leasing or within commercial property management, and it is an advantage if you also have experience in sales, and thrive in a goal-oriented environment where you get to take responsibility and drive your own work forward. You are business-minded, curious, and have a natural ability to create trust in meetings with others. You also have an interest in the real estate industry and a desire to continue developing together with us.

A B-driver's license and good knowledge of Swedish, both in speech and writing, are a prerequisite. With us, every deal counts, and every person. We build success together, where both results and culture are crucial.
