We are an entrepreneurial growth company that helps craftsmen and service businesses in Sweden to grow through digital marketing. We won Young Entrepreneur of the Year in Dalarna 2024, have an average rating of 5/5 from 150+ customers, and maintain a high pace.
Our next goal is 100 MSEK in revenue – and you are a key player in helping us get there. That is why we are now looking for a Meeting Booker who wants to help build our sales organization.
What does a Meeting Booker do here?You are the first point of contact for our future customers, and you set the tone. You fill the sales team's calendar with qualified meetings with decision-makers at construction and service companies in Sweden. This involves:
Proactive prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Contacting cold and warm leads daily
Scheduling qualified meetings for the sales team
Following up on leads and previous contacts
Qualifying customers based on needs, size, and potential
Working towards clear goals and KPIs (calls, meetings, show-up rate)
Documenting activities in our CRM system
Collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure high quality of booked meetings
60–100 calls/day
20–25 booked meetings/week
70% show-up rate on meetings
We offer a base salary of 25,000 SEK/month, plus commission. If you work ambitiously and consistently, you can earn significantly more.
The commission is an addition to the base salary and includes:
400 SEK per completed physical meeting and 250 SEK per completed digital meeting.
Booked meetings that lead to a deal generate 1% commission on the total price excluding VAT.
*Completed meeting = a salesperson and a customer have participated in the meeting.
We are looking for someone who...Is comfortable making many calls every day.
Is motivated by clear goals, structure, and creating results.
Is humble enough to take feedback and adjust quickly.
Wants to develop within sales.
Wants to become 1% better every day.
Is a team player who contributes energy to the team.
Has 0–2 years of experience, preferably within service, sales, or similar.
Experience from the construction industry is a plus but not a requirement.
