We believe that all citizens have the right to good care and support, even during the summer. We warmly welcome your application!
YOUR NEW JOB
As a summer substitute with us, you will have an interesting and educational job within elderly care or LSS. You can work in special housing, home care, group homes, short-term care, or supported living. Your tasks involve helping individuals with daily chores, activities, personal hygiene, medication, and more. Your interest and competence determine where you will work, and the placement may vary during the summer.
For the summer of 2026, we offer a range of favorable benefits for those who want to work during the holiday period. We offer, among other things, a summer bonus for every full week you work, extra compensation for pensioners, and free travel to and from the workplace. YOUR COMPETENCE
We are looking for you who have studied the Care and Nursing Program or other healthcare education, such as healthcare assistant training. We are also open to candidates with ongoing or completed education related to working with people, such as social worker, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, psychologist, nurse, doctor, or police officer. Previous experience in care and support is advantageous. Knowledge or experience in sign language, autism, or Finnish can also be a merit.
We are looking for you who have good teamwork skills and are positive in meetings with those who need support and help. You are responsible and have great patience. Flexibility is also important, which means you can prioritize and quickly adapt when conditions change. This may also mean that you are comfortable working on different wards and units.
You must be at least 18 years old. To work in home care, a B-driver's license is required, as well as willingness to receive delegation for medication. In home care, you usually work alone and visit several users during a day. Therefore, you need to be able to travel by bicycle and car.
You need to have sufficient knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, so that you can communicate with users, perform care documentation, and receive delegation for medication.
REQUIREMENTS
To work in one of the units, you must present a valid extract from the police criminal record before employment.
