Do you want to work at the very core of the company and drive complex sales that truly make a difference? At Columbus, we are now looking for a Senior Sales Executive within Dynamics who wants to take full responsibility for strategic business in the forefront of technology.

About the role

As a Sales Executive within Dynamics, you are responsible for driving complex solution sales to both Swedish and international customers. You work closely with our delivery teams, management, and Microsoft to create long-term business value.

Our business is often mission-critical and strategic – sales can be likened to brain surgery. The right solution at the right time makes a real difference to the customer's operations.

You will step into a situation with many ongoing and upcoming sales cases, exciting customers, and a strong position within the latest Microsoft technology, including AI.

Your mission

In this role, you will:

  • Drive complex sales cases from start to finish

  • Be responsible for your own customers and build long-term customer relationships

  • Work systematically according to Columbus's sales and bidding process

  • Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell in existing customer relationships

  • Sell broadly within our Dynamics portfolio

  • Work closely with Microsoft in joint sales initiatives and co-sell

Requirements

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written (required for dialogue with both Swedish and international customers)

  • At least 5–10 years of experience in complex solution sales

  • Very good negotiation skills

  • Strong commercial understanding and technical skills in contract writing

As a person, you are business-driven, confident in complex situations, and used to working closely with both customers and internal teams.
