We think (of course) that our online shop kicks *ss, but it is in our physical stores that we truly make a difference. It is there we meet our visitors – and that is where the magic happens. In that meeting, you as a shop assistant can turn someone's day around in just a few seconds. A visitor comes in, maybe a bit tired after the day – and walks out with a pink bag filled with confidence, glow, and the feeling of being seen. That is exactly how we want it to feel! WOW!

We are now looking for a new colleague to join our wonderful team at Lyko Allum, who can work approx. 20 hours per week, with a great chance of more hours! This is a fixed-term employment starting 23-06-2026 until 31-08-2026, with a chance of extension⭐

What you will focus on
Together, we constantly strive to give our visitors an experience of absolute world class, and in that work, you as a shop assistant stand in the front line. As a shop assistant at Lyko, you are so much more than "just" a shop assistant – you are a advisor, an inspirer, the best beauty friend, and an important part of the visitor's experience. With us, it's about meeting every visitor for real. You make contact, listen in, and share your knowledge in a personal way – always with the goal of helping visitors find the right product for their specific needs. That is how we create that magical feeling of being both seen and boosted ✨In addition to customer meetings, you are also responsible for daily operations including orders, restocking goods, and visual campaign setup. You are also responsible for the overall impression of the store, that it is clean, stylish, and inspiring – spotless, simply!

For this role, we believe that you:

• Love beauty! Sharing knowledge and ideas with customers and colleagues is the most fun you know
• Are a passionate salesperson who loves the customer meeting and is driven by achieving results
• Are a humble and engaged energy spreader
• Are flexible and enjoy working in a team as well as independently
• Are used to handling many different tasks in your daily work and have a structured way of working
• Have relevant education in makeup, hair, or skin – for example as a makeup artist, hairdresser, or esthetician
• Are at least 18 years old

Start date: 23-06-2026 or as agreed
