We are currently seeking a business-driven outside sales representative to work with both corporate and private customers within the construction, real estate, and home sectors. This role is ideal for someone currently selling appliances, kitchens, heat pumps, or construction-related products who wishes to take the step from retail to a more relationship- and business-focused role.
With us, you will enjoy a varied daily routine working with everyone from construction companies, property owners, and housing cooperatives to private individuals. You will be responsible for the entire deal, from the first contact to final delivery – supported by a strong team in service, installation, and after-sales.
We do not just sell products; we also install and repair everything we sell. This creates security for the customer and gives you a strong competitive advantage in every deal.
A special focus area moving forward is air source heat pumps, where demand is growing rapidly. You will become part of our growth journey at Servly Group, where we are building an even stronger comprehensive offering.
Your main responsibilities:
Develop and manage customer relationships within the construction, real estate, and housing cooperative sectors
Prospect new customers and identify business opportunities
Responsible for the sale of appliances, air source heat pumps, professional machinery (e.g., laundry rooms), and services within installation, service, and after-sales
Identify customer needs and propose the right solutions from our range
Participate in projects, quotations, and deals related to new construction, renovation, and property management
Collaborate closely with all departments at the office and the service department
Your profile:
We are looking for someone with experience in retail sales or a corresponding B2B role, preferably in appliances, heat pumps, kitchens, or construction. You are one of the stronger salespeople in your team with a clear business interest and an ambition to develop further in B2B sales. You are relationship-oriented, driven, and thrive in a role with many points of contact. Furthermore, you work in a structured and goal-oriented manner and hold a B-class driver's license.
