Gullmarsstrand Hotel & Conference is located on the beautiful island of Skaftö in Fiskebäckskil. Here we are looking for someone who loves meeting people and delivers service at the highest level.

In the role of waiter/waitress, you will work to create memorable guest experiences. At Restaurant G*, we serve lunch, a la carte, and set evening menus to private individuals and larger groups. Here, we follow the guests not just for a day or an evening, but as a whole. We get to know the guest and create a stronger bond for a high-quality guest experience.

With us, you will be proud to serve food and beverages at a high level where the sea and the proximity to Bohuslän are the focus, combined with good and well-selected drinks.

We believe you have previous experience as a waiter at a similar restaurant, have good knowledge of food, beverages, and presentation. You radiate service and joy in your work.

It is an extra plus if you have a sommelier education or a strong interest in food and beverages combined.

WE OFFER...

Working hours are during the day, weekdays, and also weekends both during the day and evenings. Start date after agreement, and the position can be filled before the last application date.

It is a requirement that you have a car or other vehicle so you can get to your workplace on your own. Public transport cannot be used for work out here on Skaftö.

APPOINTMENT We recruit continuously. Salary according to collective agreement. Scope 100%. Permanent employment, we apply a 6-month probation period.
