At Gullmarsstrand, located on the beautiful island of Skaftö, we are looking for you who loves creating memorable experiences for our guests, has a great passion for cooking, and enjoys working in a team.

I am Markus, the person in charge of the kitchen, and I enjoy working with the group towards common goals. We have fun at work and collaborate across boundaries in the kitchen. We are proud that the food served is cooked from scratch with the best possible ingredients. First and foremost, we try to choose organic, locally produced ingredients and, of course, lots of fish and seafood. We work with both traditional and innovative cooking with high quality.

Swedish is a requirement in speech and writing. English is a merit. A driver's license and access to a car are necessary but not mandatory.

THE POSITION: 100% seasonal employment with a fixed salary. The role is scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends.

START DATE: May – end of August (chance for extension).

ABOUT US: We are a family-owned hotel located 0 meters from the sea in Fiskebäckskil on Skaftö.
