Are you a chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment with many guests and a focus on fresh ingredients?

We are now looking for several chefs for a popular restaurant on the Swedish coast, starting July 20th. The restaurant is known for its focus on fish, shellfish, and Swedish flavors, welcoming thousands of guests every year during the high season.

Here you will work in a tight-knit kitchen where quality, teamwork, and pace go hand in hand. If you are someone who enjoys service, a high work pace, and delivering high-quality food, this is the job for you.

About the Job

As a chef, you will become an important part of the kitchen during an intense and fun period. You will work together with an experienced team and be responsible for ensuring that every dish maintains high quality, even when the restaurant is fully booked.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

  • Preparing fish, shellfish, and à la carte dishes.

  • Preparations and mise en place before service.

  • Ensuring high quality and consistent execution on all dishes.

  • Following routines for hygiene, self-control, and food handling.

  • Collaborating with other colleagues for an efficient kitchen flow.

  • Contributing to a positive work environment where the team always comes before the individual.

We are looking for you who

You do not need to have worked in the industry for many years; for us, your attitude, work ethic, and desire to develop are at least as important as your CV.

We believe you are a person who:

  • Has a genuine interest in cooking and wants to develop in the kitchen.

  • Is positive, humble, and contributes to a good atmosphere in the work group.

  • Takes responsibility, sees what needs to be done, and helps where needed.

  • Thrives in a high pace and maintains calm even when there is a lot to do.

  • Is meticulous and takes pride in what you serve.

  • Is flexible and enjoys working together with others.

  • Experience from restaurant kitchens or other cooking is meritorious, but the right attitude and willingness to learn weigh the heaviest.
