We are now looking for a waiter or waitress who wants to become part of the Vinci team.

About the role

As a waiter/waitress at Vinci, you are a key part of the overall experience. You are responsible for your own station and work together with the kitchen and bar to create service that is personal, professional, and memorable.

You greet guests with energy and engagement, guide them through the menu and drink offerings, and ensure that every visit is an experience they want to repeat.

Your responsibilities

• Serve food and drinks during à la carte service.
• Be responsible for your own station.
• Recommend food and drinks based on guests' preferences.
• Ensure a high level of service throughout the entire restaurant visit.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar for a smooth service flow.
• Contribute to a positive work environment and a strong team.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience serving in an à la carte restaurant.
• Has a passion for service and enjoys meeting people.
• Has an interest in food, wine, and drinks.
• Is self-motivated, responsible, and solution-oriented.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and maintains calm even during intense service shifts.
• Is a team player who wants to develop together with colleagues.

Wine knowledge or a strong interest in wine is an advantage, but the most important thing is your willingness to learn and provide guests with a fantastic experience.

Working hours

The position follows the restaurant's opening hours and involves work primarily on evenings and weekends, Monday to Sunday.
