About the Role

You are a confident and present leader who thrives in the middle of the service. You enjoy high-paced environments, have a knack for creating structure, and ensure that both guests and colleagues feel well taken care of. With a calm and solution-oriented approach, you get the team to work together and create a positive atmosphere throughout the shift.

As a Head Waiter, you lead and distribute the work in the dining room, support the service where needed, and always keep an eye on the big picture. You are accustomed to making quick decisions, communicating clearly, and building good relationships with both returning and new guests. For you, truly great service is about being present, noticing the details, and creating a relaxed, high-quality experience. The role also involves responsibility for guest flow, hospitality, and contributing to a well-functioning service together with the rest of the team.

Scope: 40%

Salary: Based on agreement
