In the role of Head Waiter/Hostess with us, you are always at the center of the action.

We are looking for a responsible person who actively works to develop their colleagues, the company, and not least themselves. As the restaurant manager's right-hand person, you effortlessly create a positive atmosphere with both guests and colleagues.

Previous experience in a la carte and hotel restaurants is required, along with good knowledge of wine.

We consider it a given that you are passionate about service, strive for that little extra, and always put the guest first.

The position is full-time (100%) with a 6-month probationary period.

You must be over 18 years old, able to make independent decisions with personal responsibility, and collaborate effectively within a team where communication, planning, and quick pivots are part of daily life. You must speak both Swedish and English, as parts of our team and, not least, our guests communicate in English.
