This is a unique opportunity to help shape and develop our student welfare team and the work with support measures at the school. We are seeking a teacher who is passionate about helping students who face challenges and need adaptations to succeed in their schooling.

Your Assignment

You will play a central role in creating an inclusive learning environment where all students are given the right conditions to develop. The work involves that you:

• Support students in need of extra adaptations, both individually and in the classroom.
• Identify and remove barriers in the learning environment.
• Contribute with structure, strategies, and solutions that strengthen students' learning.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, mentors, and student welfare staff.
• Act as a support and sounding board for colleagues.

Your Profile

We are looking for a teacher with a strong commitment to students in need of support. You do not need to be a certified special education teacher; the most important things are your competence, your drive, and your willingness to make a difference.

The position is 75% with a 6-month probation period. Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis.
