ValueOne is seeking a Strategic Procurement Specialist for Construction Services for a consulting assignment with one of our clients in the manufacturing industry in Örnsköldsvik. The assignment starts in May 2026 and lasts for 6 months, with good possibilities for extension.

About the Role

As a Strategic Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for the procurement of construction services for building and real estate projects linked to the company's expansion initiatives. The role entails overall responsibility for the entire procurement process, from strategy to supplier management and contract administration. You will lead the procurement projects and drive continuous development.

• Procure construction services for building and real estate projects as well as technical consultancy services.
• Plan and lead procurement projects, as well as manage and optimize contracts.
• Work with target cost management to ensure business-oriented and cost-effective solutions.
• Manage supplier relationships and create and develop procurement strategies.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that procurement activities support the business's goals and schedules.

Experience and Competence

To succeed in this role, you have experience in construction procurement according to standards such as AMA AF, AB04, ABT06, and ABK09. You are accustomed to being responsible for suppliers, leading procurement projects, and handling contract drafting. We consider it an asset if you have a university degree in procurement, logistics, or equivalent, experience in procuring technical consultancy services, and/or experience working in the SAP business system.

You are a structured and business-minded person with strong social skills. Furthermore, you are communicative and collaborative, with the ability to build trusting relationships with suppliers and colleagues.
